About BCS
I started Bernier's Creative Services, LLC on January 1, 2007. I have over 30 years experience in sales, marketing and business management as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work with my strength in counseling.
My interest has always been to work one to one with small business owners. I enjoy learning about their businesses and how they go to market. I take pride in providing a customized service for their business that is not only affordable but helps to "bring their business to life" on the web. I have such a great feeling of satisfaction when my clients tell me how pleased they are with my work and with my customer service.
I am a local small business as well, so I understand how budget, time and great customer service comes into play. I continually educate myself on new trends and upcoming changes in technology. My job as a web designer is to keep my clients informed on how to keep their website fresh and up to date.
I participate in local networking groups with other small businesses in my area. That helps me to keep up with the pulse of the small business owner and understand their needs better.
I work together with a team of other businesses that are also technology based like videographers, IT Support, computer programming, digital signage and other web designers. We discuss collaboratively on changes in the technology field and how we can best serve our customers.
I love what I do! That makes my job more fun and I love bringing that enthusiasm to my clients.
